Price is for band and stainless steel plate with free engraving. Bands and plates are designed so that you can change the bands to match your mood and outfits if you like. It is necessary to wear your bracelet everyday and that is a lot of wear and tear on it so we use 18 strand stainless steel and high quality components so it will hold up longer.
You will be asked to fill in a lot of information below but don’t worry it’s pretty easy. If you need help or have questions please contact us.
First thing is to decide which size plate you need. This is determined by how much information you need to have on it. Our JR plate, shown in the first picture, has less lines and spaces than the 10 line plate shown in 2nd picture. So the JR plate is smaller.
Include all your life saving information: Your name, emergency contacts name and phone #, Doctors name & phone #, Any allergies, meds you take, health problems, even list gastric by pass if you have had it.
We suggest since you will be wearing your bracelet all the time that you get your plate high polished, it makes it very shiny looking more like jewelry. This is an optional selection which is an additional $5.00.
You do not have to use all the lines or spaces if you do not need them
The JR plate has up to 4 lines on the front with 13 spaces for each line. The back has up to 4 lines with 19 spaces for each one. The plate measures 7/16ths X 1-7/16ths inch
G-10 line plate has up to 5 lines on the front with 14 spaces per line and the back has up to 5 lines with 22 spaces per line. This plate measures 9/16ths X 1-3/4 inches
To decide which plate to order you need to figure out your information and work on making it fit into the spaces.
1. First box below, are you ordering a complete bracelet with the plate? Easy, yes or no.
2. Second line, select your plate
3. If you are ordering the entire plate and band leave this as it is, showing no. If you are only ordering the band because you already have a plate that is set up for changeable bands then select yes.
4. select if you would like to have your plate with a high polish finish. There is an additional $5.00 fee for this
5. Select your emblem color, red or blue
6. Enter your snug wrist measurement here in inches. We will add a little to this so you can get your bracelet off and on easily.
For the next section, only fill in the lines for the plate you want. The first section is for the JR plate and the last part is for the 10-line plate. So only fill in the lines for the plate you need. On the front of the plate is usually your name & your health condition and any other information you would like to add.
The back usually has your emergency contacts name, phone #, Doctors name & phone # and other information you need to have listed.
Please allow about 7 working days to receive your Medical Id Bracelet. If we are custom making a bracelet for you please allow a little extra time due to the time hand crafting takes.
