How to tell if you are checking out on a secure web site:Depending on your browser the pad lock may be at the top of your scree or at the bottom.  If you don't see the pad lock the site may still be secure.  Look in the URL bar at the top of your screen.  If it starts out with https:, the S signifies that the site is secure.

What does it mean when you get a pop up box saying there are secure & nonsecure items on this page?  It usually is referring to an image that is not located in a secure area of the site.
