We want you to be completely satisfied with  your purchase and our service.

Shipping & Returns: Purchases are usually shipped within 2-5 business days of receiving cleared payment. The exception would be for special and custom orders which may take a bit longer to ship out.  Every item is fully inspected as it is packed to insure your item is of the best quality with no defects when shipped. We pack your items well but in order to protect against unforeseen damage during shipping we encourage buyers to insure their packages. All claims for damages should then be referred to your local post office. All orders are sent with delivery confirmation.

Returns: Items that have not been worn or customized and have original tags that have not been removed can be returned with authorization. We MUST be notified with in 2 days of item delivery and we must issue you a return authorization.  No items will be accepted with out authorization code.  Postage fees can not be refunded.
